You can't really say, because you could get a fan with more airflow than the one on the BT has, which will outperform it. Or you could get a 120mm fan with poor airflow in the XP-120 which would mean the BT whoops it. I think probably the BT is maybe slightly better as a heatsink.
the best quitest/performace ratio with a 7volted akasa LED fan

no because they are to hard to get hold of and they dont have LEDs which is waht i want

I have the same board as you the Asus A8N32-SLI i would recomend getting the SI-120 as it will help keep the the chipset heatpipe sink cool by blowing air down on it.
