Work with the above headset? If so how do you install, currently have the below

Optical out on Pc/Soundcard Optical in on receiver USB from receiver to PC Analog In from receiver to PC/Soundcard

Now when I open Pro studio no matter what I test no sound comes through the head set.

On play back devices I see animation when running the test but no sound, anyone have an idea how I get this working?

Do I need a second optical cable for the other slots?

SB Z serie has option (Advanced Features tab) for outputting two channel headphone mix from optical as PCM, but its another question if those Siberias understand it.
Analog signal from headphone out would be surer in that.

SBX Pro Surround is better than very echo prone Dolby Headphone so would be better to use that, assuming those Siberias can work in plain stereo mode.
Their documentation is extremely lacking.

Hi EsaT, firstly thanks so much for even taking the time to look in to it! Secondly the first thing you mentioned fixed my issue. All I had to do was go on to advanced features on the Pro Studio and tick 'Play Stero mix to digital output'. Sounds awesome!

Documentation is unclear in that can you disable that Dolby stuff, but settings would be these:
Windows Playback settings 5.1 speakers.
SB Z to Headphone mode with SBX Pro Surround on.
You can try different Surround-slider settings but something like 60-80% should be best.
