Sick note question

Hi everyone,

Just a quick question regarding sick notes.

If someone is signed off for a month but wants to come back into work after 2 weeks, can they just come in or do they need another note from the doctor allowing them to return to work?

Any legal implications if they come back early without the doctors say so?

If you are not signed fit to work, you are not insured at your workplace and will therefore not be allowed back on site.

yes stay at home unless declared fit for work again.
