sick of bots in CS:S ? look what i found !!

okay. so theres probobly a lot of people who know this already. btu its preyy new to me

basically its a filter in CSS to filter out bots from a server search !
just right click on the bar which says |server | map | players | Ping| and tick Bots

now theres l;ittle yellow B's next to the servers which have bots in click the B in the tool bar to sort the servers by bots and then it will sepperate serviers with and without bots !

I didnt know this either!!! Thank you, the bots annoy me aswell! Especially when i have to download content from the server and then its full of bots! I usually check though.
 
That little feature has become very useful to me since they made bots show up as players.. I never understood why they did that! I think it was better when the bots didn't show up in the server list.
 
Never knew about this.

Will be handy as now I wont be embarressed as usually I go "WTH BOB U R LIEK A h4xxx0rz!!!! I HATE UUUUU" then realise its a bot :(

(Yes I did over exaggerate that but I do moan at "people" a lot then realise they are bots :p)

Here's my time to help you out:
To avoid having to download those god damned sounds, go into your console and type cl_downloadfilter "nosounds"

That should sort it out. It will still download maps you don't have, but will leave custom sound effects out of the way.
