Just curious... did you have to sign in to the AMD site to be able to input your code... or were you a member already?

No, that is what I was getting it... there is nowhere to input the token on that page, and it appears to want me to log in first. However because I didn't give them a mobile phone number (and why should I have to?) I am told I will have to wait for 24 hours before they will activate my account!
Presumably then I will be shown where to input the code!
It all seems very complicated!!

Just tried it myself and i didnt realise they recently changed the way they did it my bad. Should still get it though if you follow the steps.

I finally got there in the end, thank you!
After 24 hours I received an email from AMD advising me that my account has been successfully activated.
I was then obliged to answer several more personal questions before I was finally allowed to input the token, and obtain my code!
It was then just a case of entering this on the Steam website and laving it to download.
Fortunately I had to go out to a meeting last night, as when I returned home three hours later, the download was just completing... the joys of a slow so called 'broadband' connection!
I am now looking forward to getting 'stuck in,' so thank you again for your generosity!
