Side window..+

Does the Lian-Li W-65B PC-60/PC-7 Window Side Panel - Black (http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CA-064-LL&groupid=701&catid=209&subcat=1295) come like that or does it have the airholes in so you can still have the side fan if you understand me?
