Hi, I have just finnished cutting the side window in my case panel I have taken off all the burrs and when the wet and dry gets here I am going to rub it down and make it smooth befor a respray.
My question is what do I put on the metal edges, or what do I need to do to the cut out before I put the perspex in place also what size 2m or 4mm which will be glued in place, on the out side of the panel should I line the edges with anything and if so what ?Any help really appreciated as this is my first case mod, Thanks for any help given.

you have a few options, you could line the edge with rubber trim, and insert the acrylic sheet into it, or you could sand the edges and just leave it, sticking your acrylic sheet onto the back using clear window sealer, or you can do as i have done and measure round the hole and drill rivet hols into, then get a pop rivet gun (£5) and set it that way.

I had to lol at the google search I really did not think about it tbh,
Anyway I have a CoolerMaster Elite 335 Cheap case from OcUK, I went for that case so I could do an unusual window mod,
