this one is fine here, just re-saved as a jpeg 94% quality in photoshop

I save mine in irfanview as either a png or jpg, reducing the quality until I get it small enough.

I can't see yours at the moment because I'm on work internet that blocks photobucket, if it's still there when I get home I'll see if I can squeeze it.

used save for web/devices in photoshop, change the file type to Jpeg then drop the quality slider down til you get under 20kb
