Sig was removed?

My sig was removed and replaced with the yellow FAQ link. I put the picture back in my sig for the sake of this thread. I think whoever removed it may be mistaken? It's 285x75 so it's not too big. Any ideas as to why it was removed?

It's too large at 30k:

A signature may contain one or more images but they must fit within a box with maximum dimensions of 400 x 75 pixels (width x height) and with a maximum (combined) file size of 20k.

It might not have been removed due to the fact that I reported it recently, but I reckon it probably was
