After several hours work and over 600 lines of code (OTT of the century) my sig now can store a nickname associated with your IP!

So everyone click my sig and assign yourself a nickname! "Unassigned" will change change to the name you put in :D :D

Forum usernames would be great, i can make some stats :)

Don't see your name in the DB CBS ;) Your signature is too big on my res too! ( 2 lines of text )

I think the disclaimer just makes it look even worse, I think i'l remove it lol :D

It uses exactly the same amount of bandwidth as any other rotating sig. It uses quite a lot of SQL space ( 27mb :eek: :eek: ) and bbandwidth on the server its hosted on though. Its worth it though :D

Must say congratulations to "C$" who managed to get his IP into the database twice... God knows how, its not meant to do that. Even I can't do that after trying for 5 minutes.

And a big congratulations to the person who thought it was hilerious to put his nickname as "Yournotgettinmyinfo" :D

I'm disappointed in you Zefan.. Your the 28th person. You'll be losing your reputation if you carry on like that ;)

Your IP did change, can see you twice in DB under 2 IP's that are in the same range.

I will add cookie nickname storing aswell. :D

Sorry, server was offline for ages. All sorted now (forgot to pay for it LOL :D)
It's a 800 line PHP script that generates the image outputs the image headers and echos the image binary direct to the browser :)

Wonder if this is really some of the admins who have signed up, or people giving fake names!

I added a cookie which should be set when you sign up for it now. Meaning unless you clear your cookies & change ip it will stay.

I will do some stats soon, im pretty busy atm :)
