Signature color in OCUK

Hi guys
can anyone please tell me how to change my Signature color . i know you go to user cp but how do i change it

ok i went to user cp and then the drop down box clicked the color i wanted then some text comes up .i enterd this text and nothing happens .what am i doing wrong

Thanks joeyjojo did what you said and it worked fine . im all red now .but i might change it again later on
