Signature not visible

I've added a signature for my account but it's not appearing when I look at my posts. Is there something I have to do to make it appear?

I wasn't sure if it was too big so changed it to just one word, and still it doesn't appear in threads.

Edit: actually it seems to be appearing in this thread :S. Is this based on how many posts I've made i.e. will I need a certain number of threads before the signature appears in some areas of the forum? Or does it only appear in new posts after the signature was created?

it appears to me, maybe you disabled 'show signatures' in dashboard?

Probably some pesky rule from the EU about sigs and bendy bananas, #takebackcontrolofyoursig

Did you have the "Show your signature" box ticked on the reply screen? Also that sig will fall foul of the rules IIRC, too many lines.

Haha, yeah blame brexit.

So it seems to be appearing in this thread just fine, but not in the graphics card section. Any ideas why that is?

Maybe it was that "Show your signature" option that does it. And I found the rules for sigs, 4 lines is the limit and it's in the smallest font.

Maybe it depends on what browser you're using. I'm using Chrome and it displays on 4 lines.

Firefox here and it's 8 lines...the last bit of each line ticks over to a new line

If only we had a place where you could practice signatures....

You sig won't be applied to old posts that you made when you had no sig set up (but will show up on old posts you made using an old sig)

If You did not have a sig before then If I remember rightly you will see your sig in new posts (same happened to mine)

Fixed with a better font, should be on 4 lines now. But you probably need a magnifying glass to read it.
