signing in to hot mail

hi guys cant sign in to hot mail because it says my account has been
compromised,and to enter my mobile number so they can send me out a code
now when i enter my number it doesn't except it.
Ive tried lots of ways but no joy anyone had to do this before

Can't say I have but are you adding the +44 on the number ?

hi dj yes ive put it in front but no joy mate like this +44O7700000000 the 0s are just blanks

ie. +4477 etc etc
