Signing into new Android Tablet with Apple ID and automatically downloading apps?

Weird question. My mum has an ancient ipad which she has a bunch of apps downloaded, mainly streaming apps etc

I bought her a new Android tablet and am getting it prepped for her, she is not tech savvy and although I am sure it is probably a no, is there anyway to sign in with her apple id on the new android tablet and have it download the android app equivalents? Honestly just trying to save myself a bit of time but am pretty sure not doable unless anyone has any suggestions?

Not possible to sign in with a Apple account, Apple won't allow that. However, some manufacturers (eg Samsung with Smart Switch) can connect the new phone/tablet to an iPhone/iPad and transfer things over. Some will even try to find the Android equivalent of an app as well, but it may miss some so you're still better of manually checking what's missing afterwards.
