Silence an R9 Nano

I'm looking to reduce noise from my R9 Nano at idle, are there any aftermarket coolers available or has anybody tried any alternative methods?

I've thought about removing the fan and having 2 case fans underneath to provide airflow but not sure if this would be of any help.

The only real way to silence a Nano is to custom water cool it. As far as I know theres no aio water cooling solutions available yet but that might change later on. Even with setting up a custom fan profile, that fan has a 'orrible whining noise it and that starts to be annoying at about 50% (well for me anyway).
I'm going to fit a different fan to see if I can not only reduce noise, I'll be using a noiseblocker jobbie, but if it improves the cooling, then it might enable a bit more overclocking headroom.

The easiest no big hassle solution is to water cool it with EK Predator with QDC and pre-filled waterblock for the nano.

Depending the size of your case, if you get a 240 wity QDC is enough for stock speeds both cpu & gpu at 70% fan speed. (Maybe minor overclock to furyX speers)
I have mine heavily overclocked alongside a heavily overclocked 4820K and the Predator 360 can take another nano at 70% fan speed.

I cant be bothered with watercooling, its primarily budget concerns. I have bought some rads but decided to hold off till I get my finances in order.

Have you sound proofed your case??

I'm using a white Phanteks Evolv mATX at present but I do have a Fractal R4 which I might put the build into, problem is I dont like black cases which is what the Fractal is.
The Evolv for its high quality build is rather poor in terms of silence - in my opinion
