Silencing my Setup

I have an E6600 running at about 3GHz.

I want to make it silent, so am thinking about getting a Thermalright Ultra 120 eXtreme (Will this fit in a Coolermaster 201?) and a Sharkoon Silent Eagle x000

(What is the difference between 1000 and 2000?)

I also need a new PSU. Any suggestions on something cheap that is silent in use?
