Hi. My case is giving off a humming noise, I think through vibration. What can I do to silence this?

Bungee mod the HDD
Isolate the PSU
Swap out case fans
Tighen screws, swap for rubber fixing
New case feet
Depends on the source of the vibration.
work your way round all the case panels and internal components and find the source
