Silent 1U PSU

I currently have a FSP400-701UH --- 85PLUS 1u 400 Watt

It's in my server and is loud. I'm still tempted to look at fitting an SFX but also thinking of if there is a silent 1U.

Any surgestions?

rackmount by design isn't quiet as to cool sufficiently you need to suck air in through the front at such a pace that it flows over the components where there is limited air flow (i.e. pressure is king)!

Indeed, small PSU means small fans which mean high RPM which means noise. Performance > acoustics is part of the design spec for a server.
