Silent case and cpu heatsink

Right so Im still stuck on a case well until I get paid then I'll get one and stop going crazy over all the choices,

So I've got the Black Friday bundle sitting here all I've got left to buy is heatsink and case what is the most silent case I can get in the 100 pound for each mark can go slightly over ofcourse
 
Is any windowed option out of the question? Was looking at the phanteks luxe with h105 but seems wouldn't be quite or as quite let's say all I'm really comparing to is my old Antec 1200 of it's half as quiet as that if be ok
