Silent cpu cooling for conroe

Is there one that is reliable. I don't know nuffing about conroe temps etc.
Its for an E6320 Which is not going to be overclocked and is just going to be used by my Dad for photo's and editing.

The latest and greatest high performance CPU coolers (the great big massive ones) can be run with a big fan, at low speeds. You'll find those to be silent at 8V or so.
