Hi, i have the stock fan+ heat sync that came with my AM3 CPU. and i want to get something a little better that is silent at 100%.
I had a noisy PSU that i replaced with one that makes virtually no noise, now i can hear the cpu fan lol. i only want to spend £10-£15.
