Silent GFX cooling

My system is really quiet now, 4 sharkoon SE fans in a PC7 all hooked up to a fan controller keeping them between 5 and 7 volts, Corsair PSU, 1 fairly loud accessing Seagate 7200.9 but I can live with that.

Now the only thing I can here is my gfx card, its a Sapphire X1950pro 512mb.

Would it be a goosd idea to swap it for a different cooler? I dont want to spend silly money,

Whats the Arctic Cooling Accelero S1 like?

Theres a few to choose from, any recommendations? Its not overclocked at all and never will be, its currently at 54 C according to Everest.

Those are quite new but I'd be more than happy to use one with a 120mm fan strapped to it.

Dont really want to add any more 120mm fans though my system has 4 now, also I have the Lian Li side fan directly over my gfx cars taking hot air away from it.
