Hi,

I have been reading reviews of Silent Hill HD (PS3) and apparently it's plagued with severe frame rate issues. I have also read that a patch will be released for this but can anyone confirm that they have or not. I really want this game but not with frame rate issues.

Has anyone got the game?

Nobody has bought it I imagine because of the horrendous reviews and how they seem to have f'ed up the darkness/fog and ruined the atmosphere.
 
Are you talking of the original silent hill? if so I'll go on now and check it to see if there's an update.
 
I gather the code supplied to the developers to 'HD' the original was actually incomplete beta code, hence the absolute toilet end result. You'd hope they could rectify it to some degree, if given the finished code.

I've got it... But it's still sealed and probably will remain that way, cos it looks awful. Don't ask why I bought it, I don't have the answer to that sadly.
 
I thought the thread title was to inform us of a patch that had been released I'm gutted I'd like to play these properly one day.
