Building a HTPC for a friend, my interest is to make it silent, but powerful enough for high def playback.

AMD Athlon II X2 240e 2.8GHz,45W
Silverstone NT01-E Fanless Heatpipe Cooler
Gigabyte GA-MA785GMT-UD2H (Micro ATX, ATI HD4200 graphics)
4GB (2x2GB) CorsairTwinX XMS3, DDR3 PC3-10666 (1333MHz), CAS 9-9-9-24, DHX
Silverstone SST-GD04B Grandia HTPC
300W Silverstone ST30NF (Fanless)
2x (Raid 1) 1.5TB Samsung HD154UI Spinpoint F2 DT EcoGreen
Hauppauge WinTV-HVR-2200
SATA DVD Drive
54Mbps Wireless PCI Card
Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium 64 Bit

Interested in suggestions for alternative parts, specifically any recommended PCI/PCI-E dual digital tuners. Also Media centre remote suggestions and wireless keyboard and tracker ball suggestions. Also have I missed anything?

Notes:
a) Blu-Ray Drive not required as already owns a high spec player.
b) 1.5TB is a lot more than required, owner will not be downloading lots of films or owning a massive music collection.

Thought about a USB Tuner stick rather than a pci card?

Used one in my HTPC setup, less clutter inside and works flawlessly.

I can recommend the Hauppage NOVA-T.

Definately get a dual tuner, there is a dual version of mine.

Regretting not having bought that myself now.
