Just started playing this little beauty.

Seems to be very good.

Reminds me why I began gaming on PC's instead of consoles.

Anyone have any tips they can share?

yeh. go to the forums and follow the community links to get the various fixes ubisoft last time i looked at it had neglected to patch, main one what comes to mind is the broken radar signature settings for the enemy to detect you.

there are some nice "full harbour" mods as well

SH4 collectors edition will be popping through my door wed/thu. At under £10 delivered cant be bad.

Im hoping with the patches its going to be better than SH III.

I like SH4. Not played it too much, but it's very immersive. You got a real deal for under £10! I bought the metal boxed limited edition a while ago, with extra discs, a pen etc and it cost me £50! :eek:

I picked up the special edition too, though it's definitely a case of read the manual before playing.

subsim.com is a good site for stuff. I also just got sh4 recently collectors edition. Havent played it yet.

For sh3 if you have a mic theres downloads available for issuing voice commands (called SHOOT i think) get it its great.
