Silent Mice.

Hi guys,

I'm trying to find a a 'silent' mouse that I can use for games. I currently use a Logitech G400S which is outstanding but the constant clicking gets on mine and my wife's nerves if I'm just browsing the internet or we don't have headsets on.

Is there a mouse out there that has silent clickers, or one that can be modded to produce little to no sound upon 'click'.

Hmm, the only thing i could really think of is getting a touch mouse to use while you're not gaming, I can't think of any that are quiet but here's a tutorial using memory foam if you're feeling adventurous!

If you don't mind simple mice, Razer Abyssus is the way to go, it is very quiet.
I used it toplay MMOs and you probably know the spam clicking in those games
Mice is very quioet, have good sensor, lasted for over 2 years.
It is also cheap, mine cost me 30 gbp.

That razer abyssus sounds nice, the other option is to search on rainforest for silent mouse and check the user reviews, there are about 20+ different silent mouse listed there.

But it does look like you have to perhaps take a chance and buy one, most seem to have a click but a silent click not the conventional noisy click found on 99% of mice.

I am too in the process of looking for one on rainforest that and a keyboard also, clicky clicky @ 3am is no good!

What about making a box from sound insulating material and wearing that over your hand, that will dampen the clicking noises.
