Hey in need of case fans which do not make any noise what so ever (no ticking) air noise is fine and can be controlled but bearing ticking is a must no have.

120mm or 140mm, any price but cheap as possible.

thanks

I'm extremely happy with my Gentle Typhoon Ap-15s (1850RPM versions) but I have them on a controller. Same for Noctua NF-P12s

Some people prefer the Cougar Vortex fans.

Of the 3, the Gentle Typhoons are cheaper but can't say that they're cheap.

Arctic f12 are pretty good considering the price.

The only fans I've come across that make no bearing noise at all are the be quiet silent wings 2 but they're very expensive.

I see.

I'm hoping my Scythe 1200 slipstreams arrive soon. Looking forward to seeing how they perform against the stock Silverstone fans. They're 3 pin so just one speed I gather?

If you attach them to the chassis/system fan headers on your board they can be speed controlled (the CPU fan header cannot control 3pin fans on ASUS boards), in the bios you can set them to standard/silent/turbo/custom fan profiles or just disable fan control.

Yeah, was reading up on this the other day.

On a slightly related point, do OcUK sell sleeving for things like fans and power cables?

Cheers
