silent pc

I just upgraded to a new PC but my old one is still quite good.

I want to try to see if I can get it to run silently just for something to do.

Any help on what to buy and is there conductive heatsinks available for total silent running.

I have

AMD 2100+ Socket A processor (stock very noisy cooler)
FX5900XT graphics card (quite loud with games stock cooler)
AK77-8XN AOpen board (northbridge fan cooler.)


I've looked around at various sites and the only thing I have found is the coolders with fans so although quieter they wouldn't be silent would they?

You gonna battle with socket A for a cooler, but if u can retro-fit (cable ties etc) then the thermaltake sonic tower is a passive cooler.
