Silent PSU Recommendations

Hi,

I'm putting together a small-ish PC and need a silent power supply - doesn't need to be above 500w. It can be full ATX or SFX - but full is probably going to be easier to for silence as it can house a larger fan I would think.

I know there's plenty on the market - but I'm after some recommendations. The rest of the build will be mostly passive except for 3 hard drives - so I don't really want the noise level to surpass those.

Budget?
The BeQuiet range is very good.

Cheaper is better naturally, but anything upto £70 is fine. I don't have huge power requirements, as it's going to be a low power system I'm more concerned about the noise.
