Silent running 4800 series?

On another thread on here it shows an aftermarket cooler running passively and been 30 degrees better than the stock cooler under load so yes.
They are only running hot cause the fan is running at 14%. People are reporting only 50 degrees with the fan at 40%.
Plus under water they don't go past high thirties which is much less than my 8800GTS G92 512Mb so I would say overall they are cool.
