Silent , Small HTPC

Hi all,

Looking to build a HTPC which will only be used for downloading movies etc.

Front end will be PLEX or XMBC and I want at least 4TB space with maybe a small boot SSD.

Would like some recommendations? Would prefer a good looking system that can sit under the TV.

Is it possible to build a fanless system with this spec?

Hi,

I've just put together an ITX system using a Silverstone ML05. There's enough room for 4 2.5" drives, in fact if you used an external psu then I'm pretty sure you could fit 2 3.5" drives as long as you have enough power.

Size wise, its about as bit as an Xbox. I'll be putting some pictures up over the weekend.

Also, if you're thinking of plex then maybe look into having a NAS host the media and plex server, which will allow you more freedom for the media box.

Can you recommend a NAS? Im not too clued up on them...
