Hi guys
I'm interested in reading up on what future CPUs maybe made of, mainly for physics A level research but I'm also quite interested myself.
Could you give me any good sources?
 
Possibly:
Graphene
Carbon nanotubes
Silicon carbide
Indium gallium arsenide, or InGaAs

If you google them with something like "silicon replacement" after the name your'll probably find lots of info...

Thanks that what i was looking for. When i typed in just "silicon replacement" it came up with too much rubbish.:)


As for the post above you, I was only asking for help. Being patronising doesn't help at all.
