Hello,
So far it's been surprisingly easy getting my monitor replaced, as oddly it has a lot of lines on the anti-glare coating (almost like it has worn away).
Dell were very good about it after i described the problem, and said it didn't happen via my own incompetence. Good of them considering they could have blamed me, and said it was accidental damage, which isn't the case as i clean the panel with a dry micro-fibre cloth.
The new screen is coming tomorrow, and i was wondering if i package the old monitor up in the old original box, or in the replacement box, (being stupid i know but just want to be sure).
