Near the bottom of the first post are 32 and 64 bit iso's, have a read but I'm pretty sure you'll need the ei.cfg removal tool to make HP available, then just burn the image to disc, or use microsofts usb tool and boot from the flash drive which will install faster.
Is your copy a manufacturers copy? (HP Dell Asus etc)If it is then it has to have the SLIC applicable to the manufacturer in the copy of Windows 7 disk applying
