Silly question between two CPU's...

Might seem a bit silly this but can anyone explain the difference between :

Intel i7-5930K
And the
Intel i7-5960K

What I've noticed is the Intel i7-5930K seems to come as a standard 3.5GHz up to I think a safe 4.4 when max over clocked

Whereas the Intel i7-5960K comes as a standard 3 GHZ and is on most bundles for example £350ish pound more...

I'm usually pretty good with pcs, probs because I'm sleepy but anyone mind helping?
