I am making some text updates to a Wordpress site for a friend and he has asked that the quoted text shown on this page should be shown in italic.
I have set it to italic via Wordpress editor which sticks <em> tags around the text, I have also tried surrounding it with <i> tags but still doesnt show as italic. Its weird as in the WP editor it looks fine but not in a browser.
Anyone any ideas?
The text in question is: “70 per cent of small businesses that receive mentoring survive for five years or more – double the rate compared with non-mentored entrepreneurs”
