Can someone point out a link for me on the Oc webby, for a mini hdmi wire?

ive looked and i cant figure out which one i need to use to connect a 460 to my monitor via the mini hmdi port on it

Yus I Am N3wB :D

Was there not one supplied with your gpu? My two gtx 470's came with mini - standard hdmi cables.

theres an adapter, Yellow looking thing with an hdmi slot on it.. but there was no cable ?.. i have an hdmi cable for the t.v but ofc with it being a mini slot on the back of the card it doesnt fit :/

lmfao oh dear.. ive just figured it out.. Monitor> hdmi cable > Adapter > Graphics card

>.< *sits in the corner with his dunce cap on*

Not much use though as its too short.

ive confused myself twice now.. because the adapter the hdmi cable goes into.. which i used to see if it fitted on the gfx card (which it fitted)... but theres no hdmi slot on the monitor.. so i have to use the adapter to plug into the monitor... and still need a mini hdmi cable/connector thing to put in the back of the gfx card :S

Put the dvi adapter in and then plug in your hdmi cable into the hdmi slot at the end of it.

No Hotlinking

The one with lots of pins goes in to the dvi slot and the cable goes in the other side.

i have the adapter for the hdmi to plug into the monitor, what i need is a hdmi to mini hdmi cable, as the mini hdmi bit is what i need to plug into the gfx card if im right, but i cant find it on the webby

thats the adapter, but as i said a standard cable is too big to fit in the gfx

Even im confuzzled with this.

Can't you just use a mini HDMI cable to connect the GPU to your monitor? I don't use any adapters at all with my 5770....

lol theres no hdmi slot on the monitor, just a dvi (i think) which the yellow adapter plugs into.. i just need a mini hdmi cable to plug into the gfx card to connector to the adapter. if that makes sense lol

What monitor have you got?

If it has no speakers built in, just use a DVI cable and forget about using any adaptors (chances are, if you use an adaptor on the monitor it won't pass audio anyway).
