Silly question! CORSAIR 850X psu

Hi Guys

What AMP should the kettle plug be for this psu Ive read 5 amps to 13 amps,

Just after a power cut during week due to a sub station fault but just double checking my Surge protection and amps per plug are correct

5 amps is sufficient for up to 1150 watts if my googlefu is correct.
