Silver 360 dvd front + remote on premium?

How come some premium bundles had the 360 remote and also, why is my dvd front, silver and my friends is white on the 360? and is there any difference with the actual dvd? and also, why do some 360s have deltas as there fans?

The initial batch of premium 360's came with a reduced remote control.
All premiums have the silver DVD tray, and all Cores have a white DVD tray.

I think the silver, or white, one of them was limited, as well as the Remote that came with it. I'd guess the fans vary from when the 360 was made, as there's a different DVD drive in it now from when the 360 first started production.

The remote that came with it was a mini remote, with fewer buttons, about 6in long, the proper one you can buy is about 8 foot long. :p

DVD wise, the only difference there will be, if any, depending on the DVD drive, is the amount of sound it makes, that's all.

No, there is no difference.

There are two types of drive in the 360, however they can have silver of white fronts. Silver is just to show you have a premium.
 
The reduced remote control has lost a few of the buttons that the full remote has (*namely the number buttons), and was only available with the 1st batch.
A variety of manufacturers make the DVD drives, but I'm not aware of them being specific to machine - I think it's just a lucky dip as to what DVD drive you get, although I don't think there's a lot betwen them.
