My Silver Arrow is connected to the SYS fan and the CPU fan bits on the motherboard, P8P67.

The fan connected to SYS Fan is running at around 800RPM, but the one in the CPU Fan socket is only running at about 600.

Firstly, how can I change the CPU fan speed?

And secondly, what speed would you recommend me set both fans at if I don't care about the noise at all (I wear headphones so can't hear a thing) and just want good performance?

Thanks.

The maximum ;)

In the BIOS and set the fan speed control to maximum, full speed or whatever.

The smart fan feature must have been enabled. Go into bios to disable it/set the fans to run at full speed. The fans of the silver arrow is only 1350 max rpm...l can't hear mine at all over the rest of ly case fans.

Yea you will find it in bios normally under power management / hardware monitoring they should be running at 1250 rpm.
