The first game kicks off at 12:45 on Saturday 21st December, so predictions in by then for them all to count.

This is the first of a bumper set of Christmas rounds, 4 in all before New Years' Day is over. I'll be posting the threads up for all these rounds at once to give anyone going away the chance to predict.

Round 17 Results

Beginners' luck or just talent - whichever it is, it's a big congrats to gilchrd who on his first dabble in the predictions league (that I can recall!) manages a convincing win with 15 points! Witor is in second with a very respectable 12 points, while Shamikebab makes up the podium just a point behind him. Gilchrd - hope you join us in predicting over the busy festive period! We have cookies.*

In the table so far, Andybtsn gets a mention for the second week in a row as he moves up another place to joint third on points with Lawro after a poor week from the latter and a decent one from Andy. Shamikebab's cracking week also sees him jump a number of places compared to last week.
