Silverston TJ05

Just been given back my old TJ05 case.

But the person that bought it from me has lost the key.

Managed to get the front panel open using a key from another case, but the key will not lock it and the front of the case is swinging open.

I have contacted Silverstone and they want €1 for the key and €16 for shipping?!?

As I see it the only other option is to replace the Cam lock.

Anyone else have any better ideas?

Tell them they are having a laugh trying to charge 16 for postage and that it should only cost around 2 max for a key

Yeah that just silly, I expect they are insisting on using a courier rather than the standard postal system.

I did exactly that, and this morning they have replied back with what is basically a "tough"
