Silverstone Braided Cables - PSU Compatibility

Can I ask if anyone has had any problems using extenders like this? They seem like a great way of matching a colour scheme, but I worry a little about adding an extra connection into the mix, especially when using a high TDP CPU/GPU.

Thanks.

I use the Bitfenix ones on my 24 pin and 8 pin motherboard leads and used to use the pci-e ones before I got my current psu and have never had any problems.

Your Enermax probably would have been fine as it only affects the lower power C states.

Ive used ones from akasa, bitfenix and now some custom made extensions from another member on here. Never had issues with any of them.

I noticed that Silverstone do a Value bundle, but the value bundle works out more expensive than buying individually, is this a mistake?

the bundle is made in house on our system

it uses web pricing on the individual items to make its value

reason being is that is is only there to make it easier to choose your colours

the shipping is where the money comes in

i have adjusted the weight in the bundle to make it cheaper on postage.

hope that helps.
