Silverstone FLP02

Drive bay covers are a bit naff (no retro PC would have 3 5.25" FDD), but other than that it looks great.

yeah good point. Would either be two 5.25", one 5.25" and one 3.5" or two 3.5"

Don't think you could have three floppy drives? as just one connector, and had master/slave arrangement, master was the end one, unless I'm getting confused with IDE HD master/slave jumpers.

2x 5.25" wasn't that uncommon I don't think.
Could have maybe gone with a DLT style Tape Drive as the third cover.

Still, I don't need another computer case, in fact I could do with selling some, but I kinda want this...

I know someone who refuses second hand cases, like literally if you were to give him a £300 top end case for free, he's wary of it. like wtf what can go wrong with a case.

And he's got a POS junk PC from the high street . hahaha  I'm about to give up helping him or doing workon his machine

Lol, I think the case is probably the safest computer part to by second hand there is. Unless the mobo tray is twisted everything else 'should' be visible from just eyeballing it.

And he's suspicious of a second hand heatsink/fan. I bet if he was given a Noctua D14 he wouldn't want it. Tried to explain literally nothing that can go wrong with heatsink and case, that they're ok for second hand purchase.
He's just a time waster, I give advice and he does the opposite.

I gotta get one, love the look and idea.
One thing though - I would prefer mATX size, not full tower.
But still, I think Silverstone will make one mid size tower in the future, we just need to wait.

Would be nice to have 3.5" slot there, instead of 3x 5.25
I wish they sell that controller front panel separately as well.
I hope price will be like £150 max.

Am I getting it right? that turbo switch when not on, holds all fans at some kind of low speed, like it shows 5%?
I wonder if it would be pssible to change values, like when off, make it 20-25%, when on jump to 99%.
