Silverstone FT02 Fan Header Query

As I'm building a new rig soon I have spent hours googling and reading forums to resolve queries. However I can't find an answer to one query I have so apologies if it's a bit noobish! :)

Basically, I am getting a Silverstone FT02 case with a Asus P8P67 Pro mobo and Thermalright Silver Arrow cooler.

The case has 3 x 180mm intake fans and 1 x 120 mm exhaust fan and the cooler has 1 x 140mm fan and 1 x 120mm fan. The mobo has 2 x 4pin fan headers and 2 x 3 pin fan headers? So 6 fans, 4 headers.

What would be the best way to connect all the fans and which headers should I connect each fan to? I assume I will need additional cables?

Thanks for any help!

Edit: Just noticed the case comes with a tri-fan molex adapter so I guess I run the 3 intakes from the power supply? Does it matter which headers I connect the other 3 too as I will just run them at stock speed so won't need to make any fan speed asjustments.

If you dont want a fan controller just plug in the molex connector & run the 3 lower fans at either full of half speed, there are 3 toggle switches in the top of the case so you have 2 speed settings.

The upper 120mm fan I would run off the motherboard & let it control the speed.

Cheers

Ok thanks,

So the exhaust on the fan header labelled cha_fan1? Then I guess one fan from the cooler on cpu_fan1. Could I then plug the other cooler fan into any other fan header or I would i need a splitter and have them both on cpu_fan1?

I have a very similar setup to that myself (ft02 with a dual fan cpu cooler and 1 exhaust fan). I plug the Exhaust fan into cha_fan1 and use a splitter to connect the 2 cpu fans into the main cpu fan control header. With the splitter it means they are always at the same speed which i think makes sense as you dont really want one faster than the other.

As for the bottom 3 fans you can use the molex to 3 fan connector that comes with the case although personally i use a small lian li fan controller.

Hope that helps
