Just built a dual core atom in an Silverstone LC-05 and am having trouble with the audio headers.
On the output cable each cable is marked:
  • L-Ret
  • R-Ret
  • L-Out
  • R-Out
  • MIC-In
  • MIC-Power
  • Groung
while the motherboard has the ports listed as:
Port1L - Ground
Port1R - Presence#
Port2R - Sense1_Ret
Sense_Send - (no Pin)
Port2L - Sense2_Ret

Its not often I find a case with all the cables split, but in the past when I have, the 2 have corrospended... not this time.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. And yes I know Ground = Ground

Looks like you might have a standard setup on the case and a HD setup on the motherboard... you could try this however:

L-Ret - N/C (no connection)
R-Ret - N/C
L-Out - Port1L
R-Out - Port1R
MIC-In - Port2L
MIC-Power - N/C
Ground - Ground

Thats just an educated guess though, you may not get audio output on both the rear ports and front port at the same time, and switching between the two may not work. You may also need to swap the port1 and port2 connections if you find that your headphones only work in the mic socket.

I'm not sure if 'mic power' doubles as the right channel for the mic, if it does then connect it to Port2R... if it's not the right channel though i'm not sure if it would do any damage or not... your call.

Good luck :D
