Hi all,

I currently have a 500W silverstone ST50EF psu. This currently powers a Q9550 quad core and 4GB of DDR2.

I was thinking of upgrading to an i5 haswell/broadwell on something like a z97 based mobo, and wondered if it had the required connectors.
I'll be using the integrated Intel graphics (6100 or 6200 whatevers).

Absolutely fine. You've got the 24-pin main connector and both 8-pin and 4-pin secondary connectors (some boards require one, some the other). You've also got 2 6-pin graphics card connectors, if you ever wanted to add a graphics card.

The PSU looks to only have 2 SATA power connectors, so if you're running more SSDs/HDDs/optical drives than that, you'll need to use adapters from the larger, 4-pin molex-type connectors. Other than that, looks like all systems go to me.
