Silverstone SG05 450w psu question

Would the 450w psu that comes with the SG05-450 be enough for i7 2600k, 1 ssd, 1 hdd and a 560ti?

Considering a itx setup when the z68's land
 
put everything into that tool that Tute linked me to and it came to 393w :) ive been running the same system overclocked with a gtx480 on my be quiet 520w without any issues what so ever :)
