Silverstone SST-HE01 Questions

Hey im after a new heat sink for my fx 8320 want to overclock it plus it seems to get very hot not sure what heat sink to get but Silverstone SST-HE01 does look interesting will that be ok? for a am3+ mobo and also should i use the thermal paste that comes with it or buy some other stuff if so what type?
