Silverstone SUGO SG01 - How do you cool yours?

Just got one of these and im very happy with the build quality just not too sure about the cooling...

Got a 2.6ghz dual core, x850xt, 4gb ram and temps seem to be high on both my memory and gfx card

Anyone got any solutions on good cooling, quiet fans that push a lot of air? Modifications to the case....

Thanks for the reply. The fans near the gfx card, would you have them both as exhaust fans?
